The space at the top of the house was conceived to maximize the exceptional view and the southwestern exposure. On the western side of the studio (of 40 m2): the kitchen window and the sliding glass windows of the living room area with a view of the Eiffel Tower and the Bievre Valley.
The Terrace
Half of the terrace of 60 m2 is partially covered, extends the studio at a right angle, adding a natural exterior living area. The other half extends forward like the bow of a ship into space, benefiting from a panoramic view of 270 degrees.

With the Penthouse:
-One can eat in the kitchen with the Eiffel Tower in view. -The bathroom is very spacious. -One can park the car in a garage. - And even … with a supplementary fee … have use of a small attached secondary bedroom.
