As with all new concepts, they are defined by what they are not:
- Not a classic bed and breakfast room in the owner’s house
- Not a hotel room
- Not an apartment for rent

Rather, a large house conceived to be shared:
- A large kitchen
- A large dining room
- A large living room
- A garden with multiple spaces
… to be shared by the guests of the three bedrooms with private bathroom and the little suite of two bedrooms that share a bathroom.
The laundry room and the pantry are organized so that each of the guests has a space reserved for them.
Cars are parked at the bottom of the garden.

For the visitors of Paris
Who search for the animation of the capital while hesitating because of all the stress that comes with it (too much noise, constant movement, little vital space, hotel life with its constraints) there is need of a space that allows one to catch their breath … just like at home!
It is this that the shared house can give: the warmth and intimacy of a private villa, while conserving independence and individual liberty

Ideal for families
It is difficult, nearly impossible, for a family visiting Paris to find lodging. Even « cramming together » because there is no infrastructure that really corresponds to this type of visitor. In Paris, space weighs like the price of gold. Also, very few things are conceived for children and their families – not the hotels and not even the suite-hotels, that cruely lack space.

The Space : The bedrooms are spacious (20m2 for the three large bedrooms, and 10 and 15 m2 for the little suite) but there is also the common spaces, the living areas, that are sufficiently large and well arranged such that on can be together without stepping on each others feet.

The Garden : A large garden (400m2), yet so close to Paris, where one can relax and above all take advantage of the exceptional calm of this neighborhood.

The Car : Private parking allows each family to leave their car in total security at the bottom of the garden. This makes it must less trying to imagine a trip to Paris with children.

The Kitchen : There is a large kitchen conceived for one to prepare and to take their meals in a non-formal manner, without the constraints of fixed hours.

Breakfast : Taken where you want. Each family can take their breakfast at the time of their own choosing, the children descending in their pajamas when they want …
In this house, two families can live side by side, or one larger family can occupy the five bedrooms that are organized around this large living space.
And, as an aside, for the parents : the place is beautiul – the neighborhood, the house, its interior decor …
