Dear guests, dear friends,
Like every year, we send you our best wishes, accompanied by a little note. And for several years now, this little note, despite its cheerful tone, has concealed real concerns about the evolution of our world.
Here in France, and especially in our little corner of the forgotten Auxois, nothing seems to be able to reach us.
Yet catastrophic events continue to multiply - those linked to nature and those linked to human inconsistency.
We can't turn a blind eye, since our main job is to make other people happy, rested and far from their daily stress. Modern life is difficult, and the more technical solutions humans finds to relieve their suffering, the more one is forced to keep up with the frenetic pace, and the more exhausted one becomes.
Our vocation has always been to convey to our guests just how harmonious our life on earth could be. Yes, human beings have everything to be happy on this earth: humans with humans, humans and nature, and even with this technology, however powerful it may be, as long as it is dedicated to human happiness and not to its destruction. Human beings have everything to be happy.
